The long awaited One – Off £100 Winter Fuel Payment to all Northern Ireland Pensioners began rolling out to all recipients from 26th March. CSPA NI welcomed the award as far as it went but have advised the Department for Communities that they would be seeking the full restoration of the Winter Fuel Payment of £200 to all pensioners and £300 to all pensioners aged over 80. There were approximately 250,000 payments.
